Call for performers and vendors

Alberta Day is a celebration of the story of Alberta and an opportunity to tell it again and again, year after year after year. Alberta is seeking performers, food and market vendors for Alberta Day celebrations on August 31, 2025, in Edmonton and Calgary.

Performers 
Must be a resident of Alberta for at least 6 months a year and require:

• contact for inquires
• stage plot, technical rider and any special requirements
• provide rates for 10, 20, 45 and 60 minute performances
• musical acts need to include:
  • rates for solo, duo, full band or other options
  • single page resume that included genres performed
  • list of recent performances and highlights
  • 2 digital or video selections on YouTube or other platform of performances

Application deadline is March 24, 2025 at 4:30 pm MST time successful applicants will be notified in the spring of 2025.

Food truck vendors
Vendors require:

• approval to sell food from Alberta Health Services AHS (Food permit and AHS water supply confirmation)
• information of what food is being sold
• website or social media links
